How to Set Desktop Background

That's right, you won't find Ducklet DeskPhoto in your Start menu. Instead, DeskPhoto integrates into the Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) right-click menu.

a. Click the Windows  button and then click My Pictures to open your Pictures folder.
b. Right-click on any picture and look for the Ducklet DeskPhoto menu item.

If you right-click on a picture in Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) you should see it. For example, in a folder with digital photos you can right-click on one of the digital photos to see the Ducklet DeskPhoto menu item.

You will not see the Ducklet DeskPhoto menu item when you right-click on the Desktop itself. (I will probably add that feature in a future release.)

No! DeskPhoto makes a copy of your picture, then crops and resizes the copy. Your original picture remains untouched.

The free trial version of Ducklet DeskPhoto puts those words on the desktop as a reminder to pay for the software if you like it. Buy now and the stamp will be removed.

If you have decided not to buy it, simply set your desktop background wallpaper to any picture using Windows instead of using Ducklet DeskPhoto and the words will go away.

If you already bought it but the words are still there, enter your Name and Serial Number into Ducklet DeskPhoto to get rid of them:

• Right-click on any picture in Windows Explorer (e.g., under My Pictures)
• Choose the "Ducklet DeskPhoto" menu item
• Choose the menu item at the top that says "*** Unlicensed Trial Version *** Purchase or Register Ducklet DeskPhoto."
• Enter your name (as you entered it in our Online Store) and the Serial Number that was emailed to you.

These ones: JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, TIF, EMF, WMF, and ICO. With PNG you can even have an alpha blended desktop, with the desktop color blending through your picture.
