Here's how you use it:

1.	Right-click on a picture (for example, a photo in your My Pictures folder). This brings up a menu.
2.	Click on the "Ducklet DeskPhoto - Set Desktop Background" menu item with an adorable ducky on the side:
3.	You will see a submenu with several cropped preview images of your photo.
4.	Click on the preview image that looks the best and presto change-o. You have set the desktop background. Your original file is not modified. Behind the scenes Ducklet DeskPhoto makes a copy of the photo and does all the cropping and sizing on the copy.
